Coinbase reported its third consecutive quarterly revenue decline as weaker cryptocurrency prices and reduced trading activity continued to weigh on results. Q2 revenue fell 19% year over year to $1.22 billion, missing expectations, while the company posted a net loss of $359.5 million, compared with a $1.43 billion profit a year earlier after accounting for unrealized losses on its crypto holdings and investments. Despite the weaker financial performance, Coinbase increased its share of the global crypto trading market to a record 10.3%, up from 9.1% in the prior quarter, marking its third consecutive quarter of market share gains. CEO Brian Armstrong said the company's "Everything Exchange" strategy is beginning to gain traction as Coinbase expands beyond traditional crypto trading into areas such as tokenized real-world assets, autonomous AI-driven trading, and prediction markets. $COIN
