The main risk as you said is the volatility and uncertainty of non-usd currencies. DTCC with $CC & $ZRO is making moves for equities and bonds on-chain. $RSR had tried to make baskets of non-us stables in the past but they’re not mentioning it much now. Maybe $CRV or some other DeFi protocol could build something around this eventually.
