The real challenge in crosschain payments is not moving money. It is knowing whether the person sending it has the right to do so. @Americanfort_io is exploring a different way to solve this problem. Instead of asking users to reveal their identity, a bridge can require cryptographic proof that the wallet belongs to the same owner across chains. This changes how trust works. A system no longer has to rely only on public wallet history or trust every address that interacts with it. It can check ownership before releasing funds. The performance numbers make this approach even more interesting: around 6.65 seconds to generate a proof and just 475ms to verify it, compared with over 30 minutes for some earlier approaches. The bigger idea is simple: prove what matters, reveal only what is needed, and reject payments that cannot meet the rules. That could make crosschain finance safer without forcing users to give up their privacy.
