CLOSING THE WEEK PROPERLY IS A SKILL. MOST TRADERS JUST STOP TRADING AND CALL IT REST. There's a difference. Stopping means the platform is closed and the charts are still running in your head all weekend. Actually closing the week takes about fifteen minutes. Flat or managed positions. Journal written while you still remember why you did things. One line on what you'd repeat, one on what you wouldn't. Then you're done — and "done" is the part that lets your head go quiet. Here's what nobody tells you: the market doesn't reward whoever watched it longest. Screens don't build edge. Recovery does. You can't read flow properly when you're fried. You start seeing what you want instead of what's there — and Monday you pay for a Sunday you spent staring at a chart that wasn't moving. Two days off won't cost you a setup. There's another one Monday. There's always another one. Close the week. Then actually leave. #TradingPsychology #OrderFlow
