One of the hardest skills I had to learn in trading was being comfortable doing absolutely nothing. Not every candle requires a reaction. Not every move needs to be caught. Give yourself conditions that must be present before you enter. If they aren’t there, sit on your hands. Patience becomes much easier when you know exactly what you’re waiting for.
