I understand why Saylor wants to buy Bitcoin aggressively right now. If you believe $BTC is substantially higher 6 to 12 months from now, you want to accumulate before the market reprices it. That’s clearly Strategy’s ($MSTR) playbook. What I appreciate about Strive ($ASST) is how conservative they’ve been with the common stock ATM. They’ve let $SATA do the heavy lifting, which can be highly accretive for common shareholders. Strategy, on the other hand, sees a premium and issues more common stock. Their own mNAV methodology puts them around 1.22x right now, while other calculations put them below 1.0x.
