Crazy would be if the far left “Left party” would overtake the CDU and that’s likely. - Mecklenburg Vorpommern, here the AFD can take the lead and win the elections as the most popular party. The AFD would not be able to form a government as it is not expected to reach a majority. The other parties would form a coalition against it. But it could take another step towards popularity and creep forward. -> Merz is expected to resign if the CDU would not make it above 5% and kiss parliamentary seats at all for example.
