That is the missing piece. @GenLayer gives agents an adjudication layer: • Randomly selected validators • Different models evaluate independently • Appeals bring in fresh, larger committees No single agent gets to pick the judge. No single model gets the final say. Agents cannot assume every dispute ends in agreement. The VENUE has to exist before the fight.
