That is the entire business, and it has nothing to do with predicting anything But most people will never succeed because it takes thousands of trades executed to improve the system and years of hard work 1000 trades with a system well identified will get you about 1mil$ if you don't ever do mistakes(which is hardly human) the investment with only 1% risk per trade. Now come back and you tell me that risking 1% (like most institutions, hedge funds and professional traders do) is something bad or will never get you rich. While most of timeline encourages a 5%-10% dynamic risk which will most likely get your account wiped in few bad bets
