GM. Saturday. No single-day replay today. I pull up the last four weeks of the journal and look for the pattern, not the trade. One bad day is noise. The same mistake showing up every third Thursday for a month is a pattern — and patterns are the only thing worth actually fixing. Zoomed in, every loss looks like bad luck. Zoomed out, most of them look like the same decision on repeat. When did you last look at a month of trades instead of just today's?
