GM ☀️ Been chewing on something with @vangrid_io this morning: every major AI lab keeps saying the same thing in different words. Jensen Huang called physical AI its "ChatGPT moment." Fei-Fei Li has pointed out training data for robotics is nowhere near as abundant as it was for language. NVIDIA literally built a "Physical AI Data Factory" blueprint because the constraint isn't compute anymore, it's real-world data. Text and images were sitting on the internet, ready to scrape. Ground-level 3D data from actual physical spaces isn't. Someone has to go collect it, continuously, from real places. That's the gap Vangrid is building for — turning phones people already carry into an on-demand capture network, with results anchored onchain so the data has provenance instead of just trust-me-bro claims. Infrastructure bets like this rarely make noise early, but if physical AI plays out the way the last few announcements suggest, the pipes matter more than the hype. Have a good one frens 🧡
