everyone is debating whether AI can act. the harder question comes one day later: did the action actually help? @sleepagotchi is pushing beyond the usual sleep score → recommendation model toward agents that can interpret wellness data and carry a task forward. once that happens, the benchmark changes. a smart sounding answer is easy to admire. an action creates evidence. if the agent changes something today, tomorrows signals can show whether that decision helped, did nothing, or needs adjusting. that creates a much more interesting loop: signal → decision → action → new signal → correction to me, thats where wellness agents become harder to fake. the best system wont just know what to suggest. it will have to learn from what happened after the suggestion became real. when AI starts acting on health data, what matters more: how intelligent the recommendation sounds, or whether the next data proves it worked?
