Limit orders are great, until price smashes all the way through your SL within minutes 😁 Panthi’s Playbook 🐈⬛ Limit orders make sense when price returning to your level is already part of the plan... 🟢 Where I like them 🐾 LTF Retracement entries for a clean daytrade setup 🐾 Scaling into planned swing positions 🐾 Averaging into Spot at predefined HTF levels But there are situations where I’d rather potentially pay a "worse" price but have more information instead... 🔴 Where I avoid them 🐾 High volatility around news 🐾 Catching a falling knife 🐾 Blindly bidding a level just because “it should hold” 🐾 Daytrade setups where the reaction itself is part of the setup If I need to see e.g. sweep → reaction → structure shift → retest …then a limit order placed beforehand defeats the purpose, no? Know which one your setup actually needs 🤝🐈⬛
