If you’re an early stage trader and trying to get profitable, overcomplicating is the biggest mistake imo. First, focus on one market, one pair, one strategy. This results in less mental fatigue, more focus, and quality execution. Collect and journal data, and after 100+ trades you can analyze and conclude if there’s a statistical edge. If you have an edge, congratulations, now you can scale -> refine -> scale etc. Having general financial knowledge across multiple markets/assets is a great skill. Combine that with deep mastery of one strategy/setup/edge, and you’re golden. Master that one strategy, and the rest will follow more naturally.
