Hey Nairatrader 👋 I really like what NairaTrader is building, especially the fact that you're creating something tailored to Nigerian traders rather than simply copying the traditional dollar based prop firm models that we Nigerians trade with. But I think there are a few things that could potentially take NairaTrader to another level here. One major one I would suggest is introducing an Instant Funding account alongside your existing challenge accounts. There are a lot of experienced traders who don't necessarily want to go through an evaluation, even if they're capable of managing risk. Giving them the option to pay a one time fee and immediately access a smaller funded account, with reasonable drawdown and risk restrictions, could open up another segment of the market for your firm. It could also create opportunities beyond just individual traders. For example, imagine verified trading mentors and influencers here having their own ecosystem around NairaTrader where their communities can access funding, follow educational content, and potentially interact with verified strategies or performance. Even investors would be willing to get this account and trade with or give whosoever trader they intend to invest in, so as to earn. I would also consider building towards these... A very affordable starter account Verified trader/mentor profiles Trader leaderboards based on real performance Advanced performance analytics Creator/affiliate partnerships Scaling rewards for consistent traders Eventually, a strategy or copy trading ecosystem with proper risk controls The bigger opportunity, in my opinion, is for NairaTrader to become more than just a prop firm. You could become a trading ecosystem for the Nigerian and African market at large; funding, education, creators, analytics, competitions and eventually a marketplace around traders and strategies. You already have the local advantage because you're pricing and positioning around the Nigerian market. If you execute the product side aggressively while maintaining the transparency and payout reputation you're building, I think there's a serious opportunity to make NairaTrader one of the biggest names in African retail trading. Just sharing this as a genuine product growth perspective. I think there's a lot more that can be built around what you're already doing.
