AI Agents become much more interesting when they stop recommending and start executing. That’s why I think the Agentic Commerce direction around @sleepagotchi deserves more attention. 🌙 Today, most health apps operate on an incomplete loop: Data → Analysis → Recommendation → User leaves the app → Action Your sleep data might tell you that something needs improvement. But the software usually stops there. You still have to search for a solution, compare products, decide what fits your needs, move to another platform and complete the transaction yourself. In other words, the app has intelligence but no execution layer. Agentic Commerce changes that architecture. The loop becomes: Health Data → Context → Agent Reasoning → Product Discovery → Transaction → Feedback The important shift isn't simply adding shopping to a health app. It's giving an AI agent enough context and capability to move from understanding intent to executing intent. That creates three potentially powerful layers: 1. Context The agent already operates around your health and behavioral data. Instead of starting every interaction from zero, recommendations can emerge from an existing context. 2. Intelligence The agent can translate raw signals into possible actions, evaluate relevant options and reduce the amount of manual research required from the user. 3. Execution This is the layer many AI products are still missing. Once an agent can actually complete a transaction, AI moves from being an information interface to becoming an economic actor acting on the user's behalf. And that's where Agentic Commerce gets interesting. The future of AI commerce may not begin with: “What do you want to buy?” It may begin with: “Based on your context, here’s what you may need — should I handle it?” For Sleepagotchi, that could mean the sleep experience doesn't end when you wake up and receive a score. The agent can potentially connect data → decision → action inside one continuous system. That is a fundamentally different product thesis from another health dashboard or another AI chatbot. The bigger question is: If agents can understand our needs and transact on our behalf, how much of today's search → compare → checkout funnel eventually disappears? That’s the part of Agentic Commerce I think is worth watching. 🌙 @sleepagotchi #Sleepagotchi #AgenticCommerce #AIAgents #AI #HealthTech
