But if you asked me to pick between the two, I'm gonna go with an accumulation base forming higher (for now). A visit back to the lows later would take out the base channel (or could it wick below down like covid?). We would also get a close below the blue line (see chart in comments) for the first time. The blue line which is the low of the distribution phase has never been lost once closed above historically so....
