I'm still not really on board with social trading (yet) but I understand the popularity. Flexing culture on social media drives clicks and interactions. It works. But for trading it creates a weird dynamic. Taking profit leads to outrage. Closing a position early gets you called a scammer. Bag holding becomes a personality trait (even more than it already is) There's going to be even more stories of terrible round trips due to social pressure. Not sure if it's really a net positive but time will tell.
