Not every trading cost shows up as a fee. Sometimes, you pay for immediacy through the spread. If BTC has a $99.90 bid and a $100.10 ask, that $0.20 gap is already part of the cost of trading right now. It may look insignificant, but spreads can get much wider when liquidity is thin or volatility picks up. For larger orders, that difference can matter a lot. This is why I think market structure deserves more attention than just looking at the displayed price or trading fee. Quant AI could be useful here by letting users explore liquidity, spreads and execution data conversationally across different markets. Before asking “What’s the fee?” I’d also ask: “How much am I paying for immediate execution?” 🔗 https://t.co/aPR8yN1MIt 🏷 @tryquantio 🚀 #QuantAIPioneers
