The SEC mentioning blockchain directly in transfer agent rules is a bigger deal than it sounds. This is how onchain finance slowly becomes part of the actual financial system. Not hype. Not another token launch. Just regulators starting to account for blockchain as real market infrastructure. When the rules start making room for blockchain, you know the market is changing.
