When markets transition from bear to bull, the capital is expected to first concentrate in bitcoin, and then flows down the stream where lower and lower market cap coins are standing. If we are in that transition phase where market is moving from a bear/accumulation phase to a bull phase, this chart should very soon start dropping as people see confidence in the price of BTC and feel scared about holding any smaller altcoin. For that transition to confirm, this chart has to start dropping, and if doesn't then that simply means we are not in that phase.
