The “curses” in the market only exist until enough people believe in them. BTC just closed August with a 25.1% gain—the strongest monthly performance in nine years, according to the source. What about September? From 2018 to 2022: five consecutive losing Septembers, with a median return of around -4.3%. But the last three Septembers saw returns of +3.9%, +7.4%, and +5.4%, respectively. Therefore, I don’t treat September as an inherently bearish signal. More worth considering is that seasonality may be losing its potency as market structure evolves. A pattern that once looked perfect on a chart doesn’t necessarily remain valid forever. This new month won’t prove whether September is “good” or “bad.” It simply gives us one more data point to determine whether the so-called September curse still holds true—or has become a relic of the past. https://t.co/tHLicblBek
