Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, CUDIS, Pulse ... the app can pull those signals and hand them to the agents. Collection stays on the device. Interpretation and next steps move into Sleepagotchi. That only matters if the output shows up where the user already plays. The game on the phone is the surface: check-ins, progression, and agent actions sit on top of data that was being captured anyway. A new gadget would add friction. Using the hardware people already wear is how the loop stays daily instead of becoming another setup ritual.
