The first food additives facility came up in Dombivli in 1973–88, an R&D centre followed in Navi Mumbai, the Ambernath plants arrived through the 2000s, and the company listed on BSE and NSE in July 2018. Today it runs manufacturing across Dombivli, Badlapur, Ambernath and Patalganga in Maharashtra, plus a joint venture plant in Thailand running, per management, "at full scale."
