We estimate DeltaCode’s local context cascade can remove 35–55% of cloud-context token usage from repository-heavy coding tasks. That is an estimate, not yet a production result. The measured facts are stronger: our custom 137M ranker uses 96.6% fewer parameters than a 4B model, 99.5% fewer than a 27B–30B model, and required zero A100 time to train.
