Creating anti-spam tab for BIP110 policy rules (In Knots Legacy -- will later on be incorporated in Bit-Block V3) ------- Modifications to the Bitcoin Knots non-RDTS client (now renamed Knots Legacy) to establish BIP110 consensus rules as policy settings. These changes will allow for a nice anti-spam overview in the client without tedious searching. Settings are ON by default.. meaning all txs not complying by BIP110 rules will not be relayed.
