Counterintuitive take: a whale holding 90% isn't always a rug waiting to happen. Some legitimate project teams hold majority supply in escrow while they build out distribution. The real question is whether that supply is locked on-chain or just.. sitting in a hot wallet with no constraints. One address, 90%, zero escrow. That's the flag. Not the concentration itself.
