No, it did not, it transitioned into Nakamoto paradigm - a unipolar paradigm on steroids - rather than the proto-globalist paradigm. Or, started to. Evolution and the market and such still selects for unipolarity, today just like 1700s/1800s/1900s. All the "multi-polar leaders" are into "crypto", buying it, using it. Like Donald Trump. It's just a transition from the UN as the unipolar force, to Nakamoto.
