Not to decrypt it now classical computers can't. They're storing it and waiting for quantum hardware to mature enough to break it retrospectively. Every transaction you've made. Every wallet interaction. Every signed message on-chain. If it's been recorded and it has, that's what a public ledger is it can be decrypted the moment the right quantum hardware exists.
