Hermes Studio’s small box firmware has received a new update. This update introduces text output and on-screen display, while further optimizing response speed for more intuitive feedback and faster overall interaction. Why is it faster? Because this time, we’ve integrated our own developed agent底层—Ekko Agent. Ekko Agent features a minimalist architecture that eliminates redundant calls and complex execution paths, completing tasks with lower system overhead. But minimalism doesn’t mean reduced capability—we designed it to respond quickly while truly possessing memory, understanding, and task execution abilities. Moving forward, Ekko Agent will focus on enhancing its memory system and exploring chained memory mechanisms to enable layered retrieval and recall of related information based on contextual relationships. We are also continuously validating and optimizing solutions to address the complexity and stability challenges introduced by recursive processes. Faster response, stronger memory, more reliable task execution—this is the minimalist path chosen by Ekko Agent.
