According to South Korean media Digital Asset, from 2:00 PM on July 24 to 2:00 PM on July 31 (KST), the combined trading volume of five South Korean cryptocurrency exchanges—Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and Gopax—amounted to approximately KRW 9.9 trillion, a 15.66% increase from the previous week’s KRW 8.5 trillion, ending six consecutive weeks of decline. Upbit held a market share of 61.54%, a decrease of 3.92 percentage points week-over-week; Bithumb’s market share rose to 33.2%, an increase of 6.57 percentage points week-over-week.
