As tragic as the Coldcard losses are for the victims, I think this will have surprisingly little effect on bitcoin. Coldcard users are a vanishingly small percentage of bitcoiners. In terms of number of BTC, the losses are nowhere near those experienced during Mt. Gox, FTX, etc.
