$BTC Market Profile Update 📈 Yesterday, we were monitoring for a sweep of the poor high, with the reaction afterward being the key: Would price quickly reject higher levels and complete the upside auction, or would it gain acceptance and begin building value above the previous day’s range? As expected we swept the poor high. And initially, BTC reacted well from the tPOC, providing a clean short entry. However, instead of seeing downside follow-through, price began forming value above the previous day’s value area. That suggested the market was not rejecting higher prices yet, it was accepting them. The footprint also showed aggressive shorts being absorbed, increasing the probability of another push higher. Based on that information, I reduced risk on the short quickly and trailed my stop to entry. During the Asia session, BTC finally swept yesterday’s high into a previous VAH. This time, however, the reaction was much more decisive: a clear selling tail formed, accompanied by thin prints, showing that higher prices were tested and quickly rejected. That suggests the upside auction has now concluded. Price has since moved back below the previous day’s value area, the POC shifted below the prev. day POC, and we just took out the previous day’s low. With the upside auction looking complete, a full retracement of the most recent bounce and continuation toward the $61K area remains the higher-probability scenario for me now. https://t.co/EFrqHB3MC7
