The cooling housing market in major hubs is not a crash it is a bifurcation, with buyers REJECTING overpriced, poorly differentiated inventory. Demand is increasingly concentrated in premium and infrastructure linked corridors cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and well connected NCR pockets, continue to see strong sales and rising prices while price inflated projects with weak connectivity in several markets are seeing inventory pile up. End users are no longer willing to pay luxury premiums for cramped apartments when better connected or better value locations offer more for the same money. #RealEstate #IndianRealEstate #PropertyMarket
