🧐 Ray Dalio: Bitcoin is easier for government agencies to monitor; he prefers gold. Ray Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Associates, stated on the show *The Diary Of A CEO* that Bitcoin still makes up only 1% of his portfolio, and he prefers gold. “Bitcoin is a currency that cannot be printed, but there are technological risks that could harm it—such as quantum computing. It may also be monitored by institutions like governments and could be taxed. Digital currencies are somewhat similar in this regard. I prefer this—I mean these physical gold bars in front of me, not Bitcoin.” Previously, Foresight News reported, according to Cointelegraph, that Ray Dalio had stated in January 2025 that he held a “small” amount of Bitcoin.
