The dollar has no cap. Gold has no cap. Bitcoin has 21 million, forever. New Bitcoin issuance is cut in half every 4 years, fixed in code since 2009. It's already growing slower than gold comes out of the ground. By 2140, it stops for good. You can hold the one form of money engineered to run out of new supply:
