elon musk can shut off anthropic whenever he wants there's a clause in their compute deal that lets elon pull the plug on anthropic's entire infrastructure if he decides claude "harms humanity" one competitor holding the kill switch on another and anthropic is paying him $1.25 billion a month for it how is this normal
