Here's the part that should scare every bull posting "days away." Even the seven Democrats considered the friendliest to crypto just said the bill "falls short." Not the hardliners. The moderates. The ones who were supposed to be the easy yes. Republicans can't pass this alone. Democrats won't touch it as written. This isn't a vote-counting problem. It's a trust problem. And you can't whip votes for a bill the swing senators think launders corruption into law. The CLARITY Act isn't close. It's stuck behind a wall nobody in Washington wants to be the one to tear down.
