. @BitMEX really went from 57% of global crypto derivatives to less than 0.01%. 99.99% market share nuke. and that's the whole tragedy. they built crypto's favorite product in 2016 and were still selling only that in 2026 while every other cex turned into a full supermarket. bitmex is crypto's nokia. first to the product, last to notice the market changed.
