I will ask again: Who thinks that endlessly policing visible and eventually invisible spam (on a permissionless network) is a great foundation for Bitcoin’s PRIMARY use case as a neutral, predictable, decentralized, global monetary network that no one controls and is EXTREMELY hard to change?
