After watching it, my first thought wasn’t “Digital humans have advanced again,” but rather that this technology is getting closer than ever to being genuinely usable for content creation and commerce. The biggest drawback of human live streaming is that hosts need to maintain energy, require rest, and incur costs for on-camera presence and team support. While virtual humans can’t yet replace truly charismatic top-tier human hosts, they’re already highly promising for foundational tasks like explanations, stream moderation, user Q&A, course sales, and community engagement. In the future, one person might not just manage a single account—but multiple AI hosts, each with distinct personalities, roles, and always online. This is what truly excites me about xBubble’s latest development. It’s not just building a cool demo—it’s breaking down the high barriers to virtual human streaming into SOPs that ordinary creators can use directly. Personally, I prefer the American-style assets—their character designs look more natural and feel less jarring in live and interactive settings. This product may still be in its early stages, but it’s already worth attention from content creators, community operators, and anyone looking to build AI-driven IPs.
