#SouthAfrica: Luno has formally challenged South Africa’s proposed draft capital flow regulations for #Bitcoin🕊️/crypto, saying they could be unconstitutional because they would be set by executive regulation instead of an Act of Parliament. The challenge also says the draft rules could allow harsh enforcement actions like asset seizure without court orders and forced liquidations, with penalties up to 1 million rand or imprisonment.
