The CLARITY Act is closer than it's ever been. For the first time, the White House, SEC, and CFTC are moving in the same direction: clear rules instead of regulation by enforcement. The remaining debate is no longer about whether crypto deserves a framework. It's about final legislative language and securing enough Senate votes. If Congress gets this across the finish line before the August recess, it could become one of the biggest regulatory milestones in crypto history. Markets don't wait for signatures. They usually price in certainty before the ink dries. The question isn't whether regulation is coming anymore. The question is how quickly capital flows once regulatory uncertainty disappears.
