Not sure if you were aware, but so you can no longer argue from a place of ignorance, Bitcoin Core deprecated datacarrier args, meaning they plan to PREVENT any filtering of OP_RETURN via node relay policy. It's truly wild how you didn't know that changing node relay policy can be every bit as consequential as a consensus change. Maybe what matters is WHAT changes and, is that good for bitcoin, instead of useless logic chopping fallacies around what KIND of changes they are. It's kind of like we've heard this before, and it was FUD then, and it's FUD now.
