$BTC and $ETH are now legally the same class as stocks in Japan. The law passed July 15: 105 crypto assets moved under securities rules, with disclosure, insider trading bans, and a path to Tokyo-listed ETFs. The 55% to 20% tax cut waits until 2028. I've held both for years.
