The biggest risk in an AI driven economy is not that models make mistakes. Every model will be wrong sometimes. The real risk is giving one model the authority to make the final decision. That is why this idea from @GenLayer caught my attention. Most systems try to improve a single judge. GenLayer changes the structure instead. A dispute is reviewed by independent validators running different AI models, then the network checks whether they reached the same conclusion, not whether they generated the same words. That distinction matters. Different models can explain the same reasoning in completely different ways. Looking for shared meaning is much harder to manipulate than expecting identical outputs. I also like the appeal process. If a decision is challenged, a larger jury reviews the case. Confidence is earned through more independent review, not simply because one model spoke first. As AI agents begin handling contracts, payments, and negotiations on their own, trust cannot depend on one permanent source of judgment. It has to come from a process that stays credible even when individual models disagree or make mistakes. That feels much closer to how robust decision making should work.
