Bitcoin Nodes connect using different transports: • IPv4 • IPv6 • Tor (occasionally I2P in experimental setups) All of these participate in the same Bitcoin network. Think of it like roads: • IPv4 = public highways • IPv6 = newer public highways • Tor = private (multi-hops) tunnels They’re different routes to the same destination. The Bitcoin network is one giant P2P network.
