JPMORGAN SEES ENCOURAGING SIGNS FOR BITCOIN JPMorgan says two developments are improving Bitcoin's outlook: ✅ Strategy has increased its cash reserves to $3 billion, enough to cover about 20 months of preferred stock dividends, reducing concerns that the company could be forced to sell Bitcoin to meet obligations. ✅ Bitcoin futures continue attracting institutional inflows, even as spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen volatile flows and recent outflows. JPMorgan also noted that leveraged ETFs tied to Strategy have recorded seven straight weeks of positive inflows, helping support the stock and reinforcing demand for Bitcoin exposure. The bank views the divergence between resilient futures demand and weaker spot ETF flows as an encouraging sign for the market.
