The first wave of AI was about access. Everyone suddenly had a chatbot. Everyone could generate copy, summarize documents, brainstorm ideas, write code, make decks, research markets. But access was never the real advantage. The real advantage is knowing which AI to use, for what task, in what sequence, with what context. Generic AI is useful. Specific AI is leverage. For founders, this matters even more. Because the old startup model was expensive by default. You needed a strategist, designer, lawyer, analyst, growth marketer, pitch consultant, investor researcher, and a stack of SaaS tools before you even knew if the idea had legs. Now that stack is getting compressed!
