Shares still fell 12-14% Thursday after Q3 AI chip guidance came in at $16B versus the $17.2B Wall Street had penciled in. CEO Hock Tan reiterated the >$100B FY2027 AI revenue target but did not raise the full-year forecast. The miss triggered Friday's chip rout: Marvell -16%, Micron -13%, AMD and Intel each -11%.
